Not hard but a little work, I myself have restored a 1984 200ES BIG RED from the ground up. I have pictures in my profile, first you need to remove the front wheel and axle, Next remove the nut and bolt that is hidden underneath the fork boots "these bolts hold the shocks n place inside your forks" . They will slide right out and there you have it! "NOTE"...if you have bent forks you may have some difficulty removing the shocks.

You have a shop of some sort, I hope you don't work on other peoples things. I'm sorry but it seems like every time you ask a question it is a very simple one, then you get upset when there are smart ass answers. Also the language you use is not understandable. What does "it had anyone made some" mean?
