Yamaha YTM 200er Problem

I recently rebuilt the top end on my 200er. I went to start it and it wouldn't fire. I looked at the spark plug and it was clean as could be. I came to the conclusion that gas was going into the carb and not going to the cylinder, what could be causing this?:wondering

if your not getting any spark,then your timing could be off.

The timing is right, it has good spark, the spark plug has gas on it when i take it out, i dont know what it could be?
