Was looking to get some new skins on my BR and was looking for some suggestions from those of you who have some good experiences. I know that the Kenda Bear Claws seem to be a hit. If so, where could I get a set (3)? I've looked and only found 25x12.5x9, would those work? Also, any and all suggestions, along with PICS, would be great. Thanks.

I liked them so much I did the same on my SX..I had to play with alternate size rim/tire for the front because the 22x12x8 wouldn't fit between the forks.

My 200es's had kinda rounded tires, but I like the flatter profile.
Unless you really need the extra flex for suspension.
As far as changing the diameter, it really increases choices.
I found a tire and wheel chart that really helps.
It's on www.mudthrowers.com and click on 'ask the professor' for the chart.
It's too large to upload, or I would.
All I need now is a list of what honda hubs interchange and I'd be a happy wheel swapper.

I found cheap tire prices but expensive shipping or cool tires and free shipping all about the same price.
Some bike shops have great used tires. and oddly enough,
hate to even say it but walmart has some great deals and only 5 bucks mounting fee.
If they're not in stock, it's free shipping to the store.

wooley boogers are classic, cheap, durable, decent traction. serve me pretty well. but if you got some extra cash in your pocket you would probably wanna take some other recommendations.

I used bkt wings but they've been discontinued now if you can find a set of those there awesome, they are very similar to bear claws but a bigger center lug. I was unstoppable with mine when they were new......well almost but we won't go there lol
If you can find the bkt wings get them if you can't get the bear claws.

Thanks, I'm on the hunt right now. Not in any rush, just looking to buy myself something for X-Mas!!! (Well, something within a reasonable budget I guess you can say). Otherwise...well, I won't even begin to say.

Yeah, I think so..it has replacement grips also.

Not sure when or why? I just got it this summer and it doesn't show any damage to indicate it's been flipped..

Thanks Jon, not buffed and polished but clean(most of the time) and mechanically A1.

It is one of the best in my collection..

I've climbed slick, muddy hills so steep that I had to lean over the handle bars far enough I almost brushed my nose on the front fender. Always makes it up!!

My SX and ES are mud freaks with those Bear Claws..definitely my #1 riders!
