View Full Version : Bearing removal on 85 250r bottom end

I understand placing the case halves in the oven at 275 for an hr will allow you to remove just about all the bearings, BUT what about this guy?

Will it come out like the others once i have heated it up?

Or does some one else know a better trick?

Also any tricks to removing the needle bearings for the clutch arm lever?

Only reason im doing this is because the cases are getting media blasted and i dont need any chit getting stuck in there

need a blind bearing puller! or if you are replacing it i small dremel tool with a cut off bit is what i used on mine. just put a slice in it to pull it out
