Back in the 80s we did all the time, it was a blast!

First time at the dunes, I rode an atc90 at Glamis.. It can definitely be fun.. but it doesn't take long to want more power.. lol

Dammit!

I bet the small dune section at glamis would be a blast on one of those. Especially if it was good clean sand with no chop.

It was a blast in the small dunes across the highway from the Glamis Beach Store. Before they closed it all down. Me and everyone I knew that off roads learned in the little dunes there. It was a bummer when they closed it down.

Ya it wasn't that bad for you because you had suspension. I think my back is still broke from little Sahara

135000135001If your 110 doesn't have suspension, then you have the wrong 110 frame.

I remember my 15 year old daughter pulling a
fancy schmancy quad rider out of the sand with a farm mud caked 90 trike.

And yes, they DID look at us like we were crazy, but they stopped laughing suddenly
when she walked it out for them.

I just spiffed up a points 90 to take with us next time.
I think it will look cool strapped to the lumber rack on top of the roof.

Thanks ez.
I needed some motivation to get outside.
Sun's out, 60* and at least 3 trikes are sunbathing.
1/2 kick and we're off and running.

Sand is awesome no matter what you're on, just so much funner on a 350! I used to take a hardtail 200s to the dunes and if the sand was smooth it was ok but if it was choppy, ouch:)
