as I was reading the manual i got a little stumped.....
I have to plugs on the 125 one is the main oil plug abd the other has a spring and a littlt tube will slide out about a half inch.
what is that?
and also as you will see it says i need to clean the clutch oil filter but it says you have ro remove the whole side of the crank case.. is this right?

Drain the oil... Put fresh oil in. No need to clean the screen. Won't be dirty is you change the oil regularly.

That other bolt might be the timing chain tensioner.
Kinda looks like it could be a drain plug.
I started a thread about who Honestly cleans that centrifugal (clutch) filter by taking the side cover off.
Some say it's usually clean, other say packed with sticky muck.

It is a good idea to clean the centrifugal oil cleaner. it probably hasnt been cleaned since your trike was new. All of them I have taken apart to clean was FULL of nasty crap. And yes you have to take the clutch cover off to get to it. It is an aluminum disc with 3 screws holding the cover on.
Edit. Just seen where you said yours looks new. Thats good.

I have found that the best way, and I might add that is says to do this in the honda manual, is too tilt the trike on its side that way the motor is case cover up. This makes it easy to put the cover back on with all the parts in place.
