Wiseco goes up to .060 in .010 increments, but starts going in .020 increments after that up to .140. Here's a link http://www.wiseco.com/ProductSearch.aspx

I dont know how far over you can go without case modification, and frankly, I'm not real sure how far the stock cylinder can be safely bored. Some of those oversize pistons are supposed to be used in conjunction with an oversize sleeve. My R is bored .060 right now. I seem to remember back in the day you could go to about .080.

The guy I just bought my TRX 250R from said you can go 80 over and he seemed to know what he was talking about

Ok-to clarify....I'm talkin bout' a stock sleeve here. (Wiseco makes larger sizes but that don't mean they fit a stock sleeve). Anyone else know for sure please? The headgasket I have has a 67mm bore - the other new one I have laying around has a 68mm bore so I imagine it's one or the other. Would like confirmation tho.

69.50 mm,273 cc's.. That's what the link that Ridered gave you says. Wiseco will always state,,sleeving required,,IF IT IS. So,that is stock,,when the TRX 250R was STILL ,THE ,only machine running the nationals in 96,97,98,,ALL those guys were pushing 280cc's. Stock cylinders. LA Sleeve are the guys you want to check if you're gung ho on hogging it out. They always stretch the limits. I feel like I'm Spoonfeeding again,,but,,if you had a legit worry Wisecos listings were for a sleeve,,They aren't. Good luck

Ok- so you would need a big bore headgasket on a stock sleeve?- the regular headgasket would protrude into the cyl. then....I'm confused......I'm not trying to take it to the limit-just want to know how much is left to bore;) without a bigbore sleeve.-thanks
