I am going to provide all the info I can but this is still going to be vauge I believe. My new to me 3wheeler is 5 hours from me and has a broken right brake lever. I do know its a Honda Big Red 200. It has a reverse/hi/lo switch at the trans. Im trying to narrow down exactly what I have so I can locate/purchase a new brake lever. Once that is figured out should I replace it with a factory honda part? or aftermarket? This isnt the first time this has broken however my Dad took car of this last time. Please let me know if you need anymore info, thanks!

Yes I agree, the only year the Big Red was a 200 and had reverse was 84. The oem part number of the right break lever is 53175-958-010. Here is a whole slew of aftermarket ones that are oem replacements:

That's great, thanks. Now should I go with the kind linked above or is there some sort of upgraded lever out there? Is it worth it to upgrade?
