Need some help guys if ya can, built myself a 81R with a 83 Cr480, after many problems I finnaly managed to get it to start and idle, but when trying to start it, it backfires, and bad,has all new crankseals all new gaskets thru out, Brand new top end, timing is correct acording to the marks on the stator, maybe an air leak at the pipe/exhaust flange? Its not sealed completely as im still making brackets to hold the pipe,Thoughs anyone? Also I put a new clutch cable on, and I can push the clutch lever in with my pinkie finger with little effort, whats wrong with my clutch Havent put a chain on it yet as im affraid that if I put it into gear its guna jump and snap the chain and break a case if the clutch dosent work. Anyhelp will do.
