New guy here, tried searching but wasn't having much luck.

I swapped out to a atc110 axle with trx450r hubs, I test fitted a 200x brake disc and it fit the splines, has anyone done this disc conversion? Link?

Here is a pic as I received it, motor ran, got it for $100. So far I've sand blasted the frame, forks, and minor rusted bits. I plan on bead blasting/soda blasting the engine and getting some modern rubber under it.

I've been watching this seat cover on eBay. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649&item=160640139702&viewitem=&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWAX%3AIT&vxp=mtr Looks decent. It looks as though you have at least one side (pan?) for the seat. Do you have the the other side pan, the rear pan and foam? Disc brakes would be an interesting swap. Keep us posted with lots of pics.

Maybe consider joining the US90/ATC90 Group. We need some fresh ideas/projects to create new discussions.

Yeah I have both side pans but thats it, I'm gonna need the rear pan, foam and cover. Are there any good guides to repairing the fiberglass? I have some chips along the edges.

It's funny you asked about repairing fibreglass. Here's a link to a thread I posted about a large repair on a 77 fender. http://www.3wheelerworld.com/showthread.php/130250-My-First-Attempt-at-a-Fibreglass-Repair?highlight= It was quite painless actually.

Try posting a wanted add in the classifieds for the pan and foam. Or there is always good ole eBay.

Is it possible to swap the front hub/axle for a 4x110 front hub but retain the stock forks? What combo is compatable?
