Strange (to me) hubs and wheels

Pulled these off an '84 200X parts bike. Was gonna junk 'em, but didn't know if they might have some value. I haven't been around trikes long enough to know. Worth something, or trash 'em?

Well the tire size is 25-12-9 so I would say they came off a 200 big red or a 200m.
