Now I have asked on here a few times and all you guys ever say is find a dealer on here, buy from someone on here!!! But i still cant find anybody that sells the thrust bearings/bushings wtf ever there called for the front of my swingarm on my 82/81' R and i still cant go any farther on my build till i obvisoulsy find them, :twisted: SERIOUSLY :twisted: NEED TO FIND THESE!!!! I will even machine them out my self if i can get material form some supplier I would just like a point to the direction of forward on this build, come on guys my frames fresh powdercoated and a new 200x front end, im just stuck here STILL :twisted:

I mean seriously i have seen a few people talk about there 82 R rebuild or restore, they had to of done the swing arm bushings on the front....... were do they get them or what did they do?????????

they sell just the bearing itself on ebay, i was just just sceptical if the will fit tight in the swing arm so there is no play, my swing arm before was just nasty loose right were the swinger connects to the frame, and that is one main concern i have about this build, ANY ideas ANYBODY???

Thrust bearings merely allow the swingarm to pivot smoothly yet still allow you to tighten the heck out of the swinger bolt. If you can machine, make your own bushings/collars etc yourself with a few thousandths left in there so the bolt doesn't prevent free movement.
I do imagine you can get those thrust bearings and 2 washers, you just need the right guy to answer......
