new fender and decals new shock boots and new axel and hubs i put the old seat back on to line up the holes right, wasn't to hard new seat cover should be here anyday

You need to get some OEM forkboots! Decals look good. I was thinking about getting the flame set for the sx.

I've got a set of those same tires for sale if interested. They are used, but should still have many a mile left.

If 22x11-10 will fit a 250sx, then they are $40 bux if you want them. (that includes shipping) They won't be on the rims. the rims are stock 84 KXT.

I agree with you on the OEM fork boots. They really are NOT whole lot more expensive, I think I got mine from Service Honda for about $20 a piece.
