My stock yt175 fork is cooked, needs new stanchions and seals etc. im seriously considering the ytm200 fork upgrade since i need to purchase something anyway. I guess i want to know if it is really worth it. weight, travel, general approval and what not.
example- question how do you like your yt175 fork?
Or How do you like the suspension now that you put the ytm200 forks on your yt175, and so forth :)
I have not seen a picture of it done right yet so im still on the fence here.

What do you mean by done right? I had done the swap right in my old Pro Tec yt175 thread. I used the yt175 stem with the ytm200 triples. What more do you want?

my bike needs a new fork, i have not got to feel the travel yet, how good or bad is the stock 175 fork?

The 175 forks are way better than a yt125 non suspension front end. You do get another inch or 3 of travel with the ytm200 forks though.

OK thanks vealmonkey. im going to opt for the full triple crown setup, i bet the rake on the head tube will get lazier but nothing out of the ordinary, looks to me like "race" trikes are really really raked out so i am not going to worry. Vealmonkey have you seen pictures of a hardtail yt175 with long triple crown forks?

*FREE* yt175 fork parts and brake, hub etc free! plus shipping to all 3WW members. Fork stanctions ruined. So are the cable and brake pads.
And i have an "All Balls" bearing and seal kit for the front wheel willing to trade for something :) new in package never installed (VM?)
