View Full Version : atc90 almost done.......lots of goodies

well i just about got my motor all done, i got rid of the hi-lo box, sl90 manual clutch set up, intake, rocky +5 piston, bearing cam(on the way), new valves and heavy duty springs, new cam chain and sprocket, all new seals and gaskets, matched the intake to the head, vented dip stick, vented rocker cover, and im sure i am forgetting some other things i have done. also got a front fork set up and aftermarket frame and a few other goodies!!! cant wait to finish this thing, thanks to all that have helped me out this project will never be forgotten and this site is amazing as far as the people! thanks veal too for the help!!!!!!!! here are some pics. after i get it all together and running then i will tear down and powdercoat everything

It's about time! LOL Now get your butt down here and help get me motivated to get my stuff done! LOL Glad that stuff could help with your project. Get it started up and let's hear it run. Now to get motorman going on his. And Cox going on his!!!!! Oh, before I forget again, great job!

Definately keep us updated on this, and don't forget pictures,LOL!! I have two of those Caliper tensioners, one is for a 1984-1985 Tecate, the other is for ?. I'm hoping sooner or later someone will throw a picture of one up that matches it, so I know what it is for. Great choice of projects, I will definately be watching.

Man, I love the old school 90/110 builds! Can't wait it see it done! I almost have all my parts for my 110 build. need to get off the can and get it going! Time for Glamis is Almost Here!

few more pics tomorrow i should have the paint done on the tank and fenders and still waiting on a few parts. only thing i need now is a good seat, new bars, clutch lever, and a twist throttle. anyone use the motion pro twist on these things?

thats the plan! i need to find a good o ring chain for a decent price and get the other style rear sprocket.

Is the pipe supposed to be that close to the tire? I'm not experienced in these little buggers so just asking looks close to me.

not too sure its a cuztom pipe from kasey glad i hade the wheel spacers or it would not have fit

hi nice project!! only thing i would change for my preference would be to lift the front fender like a sports trike.
