my old honda atc

so i bought this 83 atc 200 and the carb was really really bad, so i check out a few places and finally ordered a replacement carb. well lol I spend 40 dollars on it and it looked good. well it was made in china and the throttle response is really bad, like from a stand still to full throttle=floods out. stand still to 1/3 throttle and then beyond is ok. so the main jet isn't right.. right? hard finding parts for a atc but finding parts for a china made carb... arrrg so anybody have a link to a decent replacement carb for a 83 200?

is the carb idle adjusted correctly?

i would say yes but whats correct? I dont know at what rpm it idles at. but when i come down off a hill it doesn't die on me. its not idling to fast or to slow. so i don't know.
