Impressive Flat...if there is such a thing!

Took the dogs for a run tonight. Well, they ran, I rode my SX. Made one loop through the neighbor's CRP, then up the "back 40", and suddenly I was riding on a flat. Made it back home and found this:

It's a freaking 8-inch long bone! I've seen the jar at Tires Plus where they put all the weird crap that they pull out of people's tires, but this one wins the prize!

I thought the ATC's had a decal on them about preserving nature and whatnot. You're not supposed to mow down wildlife. LOL.

There's an idea for a thread! What's punctured your tire in the past? I picked up a screwdriver minus its handle once. Just a tiny bit was showing outside the tire.

I hit a dead possum in the road once ,, with a car and had a blowout! Nice boner dude!

Been there done that,,celery and Raffa.. I NEVER hit a dead animal because bones are lethal!!

I'm pretty sure it was the remains of a deer leg bone, split the long way down the middle. My dogs find them, and I take them away whenever I can, but my yellow lab crunches them up like candy. Definitely not good for them or my tires! It must have been sticking up out of the ground at just the right angle.
