My 83 Honda 185S last time i started it there was a knocking from the engine, shut it down & checked the oil, it was a bit low but by no means out. I restarted it & ran it for a bit, no more knocking, but the next time I went to start it all i get is a knocking sound and zip resistance on the pull starter. Does it sound to you like the engines history?
