One of my buddies teaches metal fabrication.
He said he would make me a TRI-Z aluminum tank.
My question is what is the K&N filter number for the external filter on the carb?
Would you have to change your main jet as you would get more airflow and it would lean it out?
Could you also adjust the needle?
Let me know what else needs to be done for this tank mod?

Make two tanks, send me one (the nicer of the two please) I will do all the R&D and send you the results.
PS. You are welcome in advance :)

Note to fabricator: Use a venting type cap...I recomend one the is readily available so that doesn't become a future issue. If the price is right they will sell...over $250 and I'd say only the extreme collector/racer might want one.
