it does not work that easily .... but there are options that are relatively easy to do... #1 find a 10" front wheel that has a centered offset and drill it out to fit the honda 82 hub or option #2 find a 10x5 wheel with a 2x3 offset drill the bolt pattern for hub in wheel replace studs on hub with longer bolts and run a 1/2" spacer.. thats what i did on mine and i ride it hard with no issues.... #3 find a complete first gen atc 200x front end setup (tripples, forks, hub, wheel and rotor caliper) buy a new berring kit and bolt it right up... and then you can have a little extended front travel better dampening and the ability to run a 11" wheel from the 200x or 83-84 250r

i could snap you some pics on my bllackberry and txt them to you if you like just send me a pm with your number.... also i will only be running this setup for a few more weeks as im changing the whole front setup on mine... i would sell the drilled wheel for a decent price if ya wanted then all you would need is some 1/2" spacers and spme bolts for your spiindle and a 10" front tire
