I keep hearing about some sx connection near the battery box
that flexes because of the suspension and cause some sort of trouble.
I know!
Wire diagrams show grounds everywhere, but no real pix of the little suckers
and where they actually hide.
Someone will jump in here pretty soon.
Common question.
Wonder if the search key would help?

Correct, there are two grounds. One is the high gauge wire from the negative battery post which provides the high current for the starter motor (and is in fact the only connection to the battery negative terminal) and the other is the electronics ground, which is the green wire with the eyelet under the rear grab bar bolt on the left side.

On the schematic in the manual, only the ground connections that have a picture of an eyelet are actual ground wires connected to the frame somewhere (one heavy gauge for the negative battery terminal, and one small gauge eyelet back under the grab bar bolt, as mentioned above).
All the other grounds, when drawn just as the downward pointing arrow, mean that the ground is through the part itself, just like a spark plug.
