Does Anyone Recognize This Three Wheeler

This three wheeler looks like a mini-bike on steroids, No suspension, Fixed rear live axle, manual rod activated disk brake, belt/chain drive and powered by a 4 cycle 4 to 5 Hp Briggs Stratton.

Picked this up last week and just curious about it's origins.
