beat 200x, should i buy it??

i can get this poor 200x pretty cheap, but it's worse than it looks.swingarm bearings,and probably the swingarm, shot. rear shock, shot. rear fenders, broken. frame, welded by front motor mount. headlight, gone.
supposedly it runs, but haven't heard it yet. tires hold air, at least for a while. VERY dirty. asking price $250, think i could get it down to $150.
not really into 200x's, but seems pretty rough for the $$$. might be worth to part out though? not sure what year....

what you guys think??

What's your goal/vision?
Budget to replace everything then ask yourself is it worth it?
Nice ones can be found under $1k. You'll spend $200 on fenders alone. $100 on bearings. $100 on chain and sprockets. $200 on tires. Hows the tank? $100. I bet the brakes are crap: $150. How's the kicker? Does it have an air filter? Cables?
Pretty soon, that $150 "deal" is a $1200 project.
On the other hand, if you like working on them (like I do), cheaper entry is better.
I bought one in that shape without an engine for $75 and I wish I'd held out for something more complete.
