Go with the newer 90 78 and up or the first 110 gen.swap the complete rear, you will have standard 8 inch wheels

Looks neat. So I assume you won't be needing a fender any time soon?. Is that a hole in the frame? You can run different tires if you buy the adaptors for the hubs. Vintage Motorsports has them or sometimes they come up on eBay. Keep us posted.

nope 200x, 250 and 350x are much bigger int he stem tube. they do not fit. only 200s/e/m and below will fit. Trust me, I've tried it. the 200x is the same as the 250sx tube and i had to cut the fron of a jacked 200x off to use the tube and cut my 200e front off and welded it back togehtrer with the 200x to use the 250sx forks. it as a mess... but it rides like a motha now!!!! :)

If i were you id use a 200m front end or 200s MUCH better suspension than the 200e. The only difference between the s, and the m front ends is the tire sizes you can run the m is a 25 and the s I THINK is a 22 but not sure.

The hole... Long story short the person before me I assume was to lazy to take the engine out so he cut the frame instead I thought this guy was a trailprotrailprotrailprotrailprotrailprotrailprotr ailpro but im thinking of purchacing a gas tank of KASEY as l knOw it will fit what year of tanks fit the 70-71 US90

Didn't explain myself there I assume the guy cut a whole to get the coil out and didn't want o take the engine out. Preety stupid if you ask me.

So as of now im looking to get a 110 rear end because I think it's wider than the 90 and that would look sweet still need a tank but that can wait for a bit.
ANYBODY GOT ANY IDEAS LET ME KNOW!!

I'm pretty sure the 110 rear end is the same width as the 90, however the 110 axle is one piece whereas the us90 axle comes apart for storage. The 110 axle is very strong, same thickness as a 200 axle only narrower. Uses the same bearings and seals as a 200 as well.

Also, that is a really bad spot for a hole in the frame as that is where these frames tend to break.

gomer202,
I happen to have a set of 4 lug hubs from 200s atc, if you need them for your project, you can have them. I'll just charge you or the shipping which is like 5 bucks. let me know. pm me your address
