Very nice. Looks like it had an auto 200 in it. Those wheels/tires are AWESOME and really improve the look. What brand are they? Where did you get them, and how much did they cost?

Bet it performs a lot better now too, and that you're digging on the manual clutch.

Are those rivets on the rear fenders? What purpose do they serve?

the tires are itp holeshots. I got them at a swap meet for $40 with the wheels. the rivets are there because the previous owner had mudguards that came out another 8" so I cut them off and didnt drill out the rivets because I didnt want holes in my plastic. it kinda sucks because the plastic doesnt have any cracks in them...

Definite SCORE on the tires/wheels (I need to find me a deal like that)! The rivets are no big thing...kinda unique actually. I would fix that seat however: that's the only thing as far as I can tell that's detracting from it's looks. Have fun with it man.

yeah, a seat cover is on the to-do list, i just wanna find one that says 200x on the side like original... Now I've got problems with it, my lower exhaust stud is all messed up, so I kinda fixed it and I was riding it the other day and that exhaust bolt fell out. i found another bolt and put it in and no matter how tight i have it, it wont stop leaking. I cant figure out why or where its coming from. any suggestions?

Replace the bolt with the proper stud if you can. Make sure the threads aren't stripped. If they're stripped put in a heli-coil or carefully drill and tap to the next size up. Replace the exhaust gasket. I just did some top end work on my 200X, the old gasket was thin, smashed, and toasty looking, and I was surprised at how thick the new gasket was (shaped like a thick, cylindrical copper ring). Bet it's the exhaust gasket.

I love that headlight guard. It doesnt look stock and would love to have that on mine as I think the stock one is kinda ugly. Thats why I dont have one on mine right now. Plus it got bent up after I took it off. Go figure... :( lol

Any idea if its a stocker or not and if not do know who made it or if they are available anywhere?
