Help, is there anything ?

24inch,, not 23inch

If I knew the 24 inch tires would be gone, I wouldn't have worn the last one I had out.

Bingo, these suckers were not easy to find. And when I found them they said there were only 5 left in the entire USA. Now there are 3. I might get those too.

Hey sittingguy. Is that a front tire or a rear? It looks pretty wide. I wouldn't mind getting a set of those for my 350X's rear!! They would look totally bad azz!! I would definitely need 6 ply for the type of terrain I ride in.

The last time I bought tires they came exactly like that. Banded and no box. They were delivered on my front porch during work hrs. NA ICE!!! Anyone could have drove by and snagged them. Sometimes I think shipping companies have their heads up their rears.

Just curios what exactly is the advantage of a 24 inch tire?

A half inch more over the stock tire size (23.5x8x11). I have found it very hard to find the stock size.

Yes they came just like that, no box. It was only $15 to ship them, but they were NOT cheap.

And the advantage to the 24 over the 23,, for me is that it is the correct size for the 350X, ans I'm a little anal about correctness, it would be a bummer for me to have to use a 250R size tire. And I REFUSE to use that mud tire.

Sittingguy. Since you are a purist (which I respect) I would like to post a screenshot from the 350X service manual. If you aren't very concerned about a half inch either way but want the same OEM tread pattern I would suggest looking into the Dunlop KT576. Unfortunately, it's a 23" tire. For me, I rather go the other way to a 24" tire since I ride on terrain that's often rocky.

As far as I know the stock 250r front tires are not availible either. And I agree the 24 inch tire is better for rough terrain. Who ever wants a 24 inch tire better jump on that craigs list sale, that is a great price.

Anyone run one of these tires before? My 23.5x8x11 front max is almost done and its time to start browsing for a new front. I dont have anything bad to say about the front max but id just like to try out something different.
