I have recently aquired a US90 for free the thing is preety rough but I'm looking for a few parts
Front and rear fenders ( don't have to be beautiful just not cracked (mine are)
And unfortunately the ballon tires are shot so I'm going to mount some rims because I don't want to give an arm and a leg for some good ones.
I would like to get a good gas tank and maybe
AFTERMARKET PARTS!! I don't know how many there are for the us90's but it's not a good resto so I'm going to make it look unique!!
Any help with parts would be great thanks guys!!
And I'll post up pics of bike when I get a chance

I have a set of rear fenders... not great, but they'd be cheap (except for shipping).

You're kidding right? Uncracked fenders cheap? Are there any aftermarket parts available? Cheap decent parts? Wow. Best of luck.

I have a few parts left for a US 90. I'll have to check the shelf for forks. I know I have a gas tank. Have a freshly black powdercoated brake drum.

I wasn't talking parts cheap for Front fenders I will pay good money for right part but Im saying I don't want to spend an arm and a leg for tires so take read the whole thing before you comment and I don't know anything about these things so I was wondering if there were aftermarket parts.

It's definately not perfect. Its rusty inside and has some dents but not bad. It's the green one in this thread...

I'm just saying that it's really hard to find a front fender that isn't cracked unless it's nos, which if you find a cheap one, get 2 or 3 and give me a deal too. Decent parts are getting harder and harder to find. The days of cheap parts is coming to an end. There are people starting to source parts outside of the united states, for basic engine repair parts, like me, that is if you want factory quality repair parts. Some aftermarket repair parts are better and some are worse. If a tank is only dented, you're lucky. I'll take a dented rust free tank anyday. It's way easier to get dents pulled than to fix a rust problem. I've known members who have tried to use different chemical agents to help elimante rust and they ended up eliminating parts of their tank!

Ya my tank I might be able t get the dents pulled out but I haven't seen it my dad picked it up the other day and I don't know what the inside of the tank is like but I know the front fender might be able to be fixed but it has duct tape on it so I don't know but by pics he gave me I can tell the larger things that it needs

I haven't really seen any used steel us90 fenders that weren't at least creased, which means it's just a matter of time befor the split and fail. Even when fixed, as soon as they were creased, they put a memory in the metal that is just waiting for the right time to split. Someone should make a fiberglass mold for the us90 front fender if there isn't already one, which I don't know of one. Cracked rear fiberglass fenders can be repaired if you are really cheap or you can get the repops off of ebay, which are actually pretty decent. But to do a full on "Factory" restoration, like vintage motorsports does, well, just open up the wallet! LOL It's worth every penny for what they do. And that's why it bugs me when some people post a thread about "restoring" their trike. That rates right up there with "ASAP" in my book!!!!

I've got a straight set of forks, at least one spare gas tank and a couple of metal fenders complete with minor splits. There is a spare tank coming from Ontario that I haven't seen yet so maybe that one would work for you. Realistically, I don't think you'll get away without having to repair any of the components you're asking for. Once I gather up what I have I'll post some pics. Won't be for at least a week. At least we are generally close as shipping goes.
