YT 125 with YT 175 head?

Ok so could I take the head off of my 175 tri moto and put it on my 125? With like no modifications. Or should I spend hours working on the 175

You could use the whole top end, but not just the head.

One more thing. What pipe could i use besides a yt 175 pipe on my 175. I want to try and get a better deal. Oh and what other carb could I use? Im cheap ;)
