Ive had water pump prob on mine recently and not sure if the water can go to the other side of the motor if the pump or seals are bad. My antifeeze ended up in my bottom end not the stator. Check around the stator cover for cracks or anywhere water can get in, its apparently been doing it for some time now. If your going to replace that staor or fly whell go with a ricky stator aro a fly wheel with internal magnets, itll save you from doing this all over again soon.

from what i can tell from bikebandit schemematics theres noway for water to get into the stator from the motor without filling up the crankcase
the rotor is rusted on i have it soaking in penetrating oil
is there anyway to test the stator ie volts or ohms
