atc 70 motor swap

well i searched but nothing really told me what im looking for, i wonder what motor will fit just like stock and clear the front fender also. im not really concern with a big engine i just want it as stock as possible.so is there a company that makes that or will i have to just rebuild a stocker

I believe Lifan makes them......you can check ebay. Ive seen them on there.

You can get anywhere from 50cc up to 160cc, but the bigger engines run into fender clearance issues. I think about 125 is the biggest you can go and still have fender clearance. You can have semi auto shift or manual shift. You can have electric start or have kick start, which people then do a pull start conversion of sorts. There are places that have ready made wiring harnesses to install these engines as well. You can get handlebars with higher bends that clear adult knees better and places sell extended cables to work with the higher handlebars as well. You can get as crazy as your wallet is deep my friend.

thanks guy i found this one on ebay, this one should clear the front fender then correct, and im gona make it just like stock with pull rope and semi auto

that motor does not list a carb and electronics included in the sale. But you can get that stuff pretty cheap on ebay or Dr ATV

What stock atc or trx motor will bolt into the 70 with out an issue?

i want to say the 125m motor can swap in, but i've never done it so i can't say positively.
