I pulled the motor today to replace top end gaskets and I decided Im gonna overhaul the whole thing since I have to wait for the gaskets to come in the mail anyway. And I dont mean a complete overhaul im just talking taking it all apart and cleaning the entire thing and painting a few items like the frame and such. And also lubing all moving parts. Ive never done anything like this so if anyone has any tips feel free to fill me in. Ive included some pics of what I got done today.

Also, if anyone has a 200 motor that runs good and does not have electric start and is willing to trade for my 200m motor that does have electric start(just needs top end gaskets replaced which I have already ordered) let me know.

Also, has anyone ever used gaskets from a brand on Ebay called G&H discount atv supply?

I bought a few things from them, got it all in good time and it all worked good. No complaints whatsoever.

Good luck with the build up. I'm restoring a couple older utility trikes as well.

What kind of back tires are those? The tread looks larger and farther apart than usual. I kinda like them.

It doesn't say much on the sidewall except that they are made by Dunlop. There are pretty dry rotted/cracked so Ill probably need new ones soon. But I'm sure they were good tires in there day.

I knew it was an older tread design. Kinda like the big square lugs on the old Trail70 or something.

Makes me want to tear down my 200m, love these trikes. Good luck with your build, keep the pic progression coming.
