When looking for a local chrome shop it is better to use the wording metal finishers. Many of the companies that do chroming also do many other services pertaining to finishing metals.
I can personally recommend these folks in Elkhart, In.
150.00 minimum, you do surface prep.
I went with nickle chrome, much cheaper then show chrome but still shines and holds up much better then anodizing (IMHO).
