Did any of the YTM 200's have rear suspension? I just got a supposedly 1984 and the specs on the site say that it has none. I just picked one up and it does...Would this be some kind of aftermarket thing?

No YTM200's came from the factory with rear suspension. are you sure it isn't a 225? could be an aftermarket setup or a 200 engine in a 225 frame. Got some pics???

Ytm200 aftermarket exhaust, it could be a Pro Tec. I had a nos pro tec ytm200 pipe several years ago and traded for some neat aftermarket honda parts.

Definitely an aftermarket kit with what looks like a works shock. That is a 3" economy supertrapp muffler, so maybe the stock headpipe, maybe a supertrapp headpipe. Looks like it needs some love! LOL It's not a total write off, just will take a little extra elbow grease and some cash. I've got a nos rear axle if you need it.

I know that trike! it was given to a friend of mine about 12-14 years ago, I got it to run for him but he never did anything with it because the swing arm bushings were bad and we could not find any info on the suspension kit to replace them. If I remember its a super trapp pipe. the last time I seen it it was near mint. my friend traded it to a guy on west blood rd in elma for a used intake for a small block mopar. if you ever sell it Im your guy . there is a gas tank on buff craigslist for 20.00 I think. and I have wheels.

No way haha you're right in Eden. I cant belive the last time you saw it it was mint its pretty roached rght now. Yeah he had a whole box of brand new parts I think he may have just given up on it. I might have to get ahold of a fron rim off ya if you're willing to sell. And I got it in Farmington NY so it musta traded hands a few times. You should ask your friend if he happens to have an old pic of it itd be cool to see how it used to look

I was thinking the same on the pics I will give him a call tomarrow. not too likely since you couldnt just whip out a cell and snap a pic back then. I am 98.5 positive its the same trike. A wheel is no problem I will give you one. you may have to take a junk tire with it though
