So i finally got my hands on a liquid 250R. its an '86 so i was super happy about that. its not perfect but really not bad at all. picked it up last night. pro vector front tire, brand new rears, new bearings and swingarm bolt and nut. needs an axle nut, and to put the rear brakes back on and the chain and sprocket on. runs good, sounds great.

Got it for $700 !

yeah im just too addicted..... but i couldnt pass it up for the price. thats my currently owned list. in ten days i pick up my '86 Tecate! i cant wait!

lol. thanks. yes it was on craigslist, i happened to c it with it only listed for about an hour. i called, emailed and texted multiple times. then changed things at work and left early to go get it. less then 24 hours from the time listed to in my truck. thats with about a 3.5 hour drive one way!

that bike was in my backyard!! you beat me to it fair and square! i didnt see the add until about midnight that night it was posted. texted him imediately, and called first thing in the am. too late!! he said his phone was blowing up! I was pissed!! 20 mins away, and a great price. nice score man. lucky for you the guy was stand up. i was ready to roll on it. but he said he already had a guy schedualed to come lookat it! (you i would imagine)! most guys would have taken the $ right then!

thats so funny! as soon as i saw it, i said "Aldo is gonna get that fucker!" LOL then i said he already has the '86 TRX i want, hes not gettin the ATC too!!!

but anyway i knew people had to be blowing his phone up for it. i felt so lucky to have got there first and got it with everyone in the albany area and around there. he was a really nice guy. had a lot of trike stories and pics from past rides. really cool guy.
