I just started to take stuff apart to inspect and find out the extent of motor damage. The cylinder was pretty scarred up from the top ring coming apart. The flywheel was hard to get off from rust. The frame was pretty good condition hardly any wear on the paint. It had a spot welded on the down tube looks to be welded ok I couldn't find any other cracks. I need to rebuild the rear shock or replace it, fix the motor and put it back together. I dont think I want to tear it completely down and powdercoat yet as it looks fairly good. Anyone want to chime in on what they would do? I almost forgot the pipe was cracked from some dummy solid mounting it to the frame.

I've had two engines done at Kustom Kraft. They are great, Send your crank (if its loose) and cylinder there. Best $500 you can put into your ride, which by the way is in AWESOME condition. Try calling Works Performance about NOS shocks. I got a great deal on a new one build just for me. Keep the pics coming.

If you plan on riding it a lot, I would tear that frame down and have it blasted to see if there are more cracks in the downtube/footpeg area. Then while you are at it, strengthen it a bit. Get the cylinder replated and new piston (of course). I built a LT250 rear shock for mine since there is an abundance of them and look nearly the same as OEM. I could go on but of course everything depends on the depth of ones wallet :) Oh yeah...... nice trike :beer
