Hey everyone. I have an 83 225DX that I'm finally getting to run well. However I'm experiencing shifting problems. Since I got it about 4 months ago I've noticed that more often than not I have at least some trouble shifting (difficult to get in or out of gear) I've made clutch adjustments from the outside with little or no change. Today it locked into first gear, can't get it out...up or down. I have a Haynes manual and they say transmission overhaul, yikes! Anyone else experienced anything like this out there? Any advice? Is it a major project to work on? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
