need help with jetting

i have no idea how to jet and need some pointers. the mods i wanna do are rad valve, fmf exhaust, and the cr250 gasket with race fuel. i need some info on somewhere to start with the jets. i am using a stock carb and ride mostly fields and some trails 80-90 humid weather. thanks sizes are what im looking for
