if anyone has any homemade three wheeler parts they made lets see them. im trying to get ideas on how to trick out my 110. wheel spacers , fork extenders etc.

Thanks buddy!! I thought it would give a really cool look as well as make the structure of the frame a bit stronger, and its always nice to add personal touch to your trike if possible!!!

My Brother made my reed spacers now he is pepping my 200X frame for IT 465 motor that is going in it.

well my 110 i didnt relly make the front forks i found 200s forks and put those on for front suspension. they install relly easy

i dont have any pics at the moment but i would reccomend to get a long magnet i didnt have one and getting the little ball bearings back in with out one is such a pain. the shocks are very nice though and they bolt right up no mods needed well mine didnt what year do u got of a 110

I hate to Hijack a thread, But mine isnt getting viewed and Its sorta in the same Ballpark,
Anyone Make Homemade tools and sell? I need a Swingarm Lock nut Wrench made, I have no welder or anything, i will paypal money not a Biggie,
Just the honda tool is like 60 bucks, Just pm me if so.

Smear alot of grease up in there. Holds the balls right in there.

Yes after you get it out as soon as u take off the front forks they usualy all fall out because the grease is not so sticky

The engine spacers for my 200x are turned polished aluminum, doesn't add anything besides some bling. I also machined the grab bar and tig welded it up, also polished. Couldn't justify a PRM bar when I could make it for free. Built my exhaust from the header back from parts and ceramic coated it, looks great and is functional too!

I made a pair of wrenchs for the axels nuts for my R, what bike do you have?

Oh i got that confused with the axel nuts, my bad, you should be able to just use a spanner wrench for that if i'm thinking of the same thing.. You got a pic?
