View Full Version : Anybody ever run these paddles??? AMS sidewinders

These AMS sidewinders look like pretty good v-wedge paddles and they are a great price so just wanted to get your guy's thoughts on them and if anybody has experience with them good or bad!!

The 31 reviews seem to be pretty good for the most part

That's what i was thinking and at half the price of ITP's might be worth trying out a pair!!

just mount some up today ,going to try them out this week end at gopher dunes.see how good they grip and if i can keep the front end on the ground.126381they look alot better then these thingstrailprotrailpro

After you get back let me know what you think of them would ya!! Is you R pretty stock?? I mean beside like a pipe, air filter, reeds, ect..??

They are on the heavy side, but in my opinion much better than ITPs. The ITPs have tons of straight line traction, but do not like to break free, the sidewinders are much easier to break free to slide.

Thats what i wanted to hear!! Besides the heavy part:lol: I'm going to run them on 8" wheels so that'll help a bit on the weight i think.. Thanks for the reply!
