This is probably the most complex and difficult one I've built to date. Its +6 over stock but it also uses a TRX450R rear carrier and all axle parts, but it keeps the standard 250R shock geometry.

That is awesome Billy! Really nice to be able to replace the rear end of the bike with newer running gear with bolt on parts.

Nicely done Billy...now that your keeping the Z ,,,,, you need to build one for a tri-z useing all YFZ rear end!

Great job man, how many hours you got into that thing? Did you make a jig so you can mass produce them or you do it one by one?

Thanks for the kind words everyone :) I have plans to build a +8 for myself when I get back from Trikefest. Not this same style though.

I have a jig but its still definitely not a mass produce type deal. I've got...probably 20 hours or better in that one. A normal arched arm that isn't twisted like that I can probably do in about 10 now.

Raffa I have a plan to do a Tri-z Arm with the aftermarket roundhouse style Banshee carriers. I'd wager those are probably just as popular as the YFZ stuff.
