how much can you get away with on the upper end of the connection rod on a 200x? The book says .004 max, (that seems like a lot!)" I didnt feel anything but when I put the piston in the cyl, you can see and feel it, small crank rotation with no piston movement (head off) I checked for radial play when apart, didnt feel any on the crank end or the wrist pin either, but there is a small "clunk" when you rock the crank/flywheel back and forth. I know from my MX days that the lower rod end can have ZERO radial play. Anyone here press in new rods? I better buy some warm riding gloves, cuz winter is where this bad boy is heading for a completion date! LOL Thanks
