So my problem is that when the bike is off and in gear, i pull the clutch and try to move the bike and it will drag the tires a bit and turn the motor over once then break loose and i can move the bike around with some resistance. When the motor's running and i pull the clutch it doesn't act like its grabbing at all and when releasing the clutch it seems normal and grabs about 1/4 of the way out I tried adjusting the cable because the first thought was that it's loose but i ran out of adjustment, it still did it and the clutch was pretty stiff and hard to pull.. Any ideas on what might be causing it to stick a little??

Mine has done that since it was new and there is no sign of a clutch problem when the engine is running. Just put it in neutral to roll it around and stop adjusting on things.

"stop adjusting on things"? You act like i've never worked on a bike before.. I was just seeing if anybody else had this issue because my 200x or any other bike i've had has never done that is all...

No offence dude. Just saying that nothing needs adjusting. I was just assuring you that mine has done the same thing its entire life.

I would like to add to your thread and say that I run 30w motor oil in mine. Maybe other people could chime in as to how theres acts in this situation that is running ATF. Maybe the oil effects this. I always assumed it was just because of the heavy dutyness made into the liquid Rs.

Mine does the same thing, but when it's running (idling) I can pull the clutch in and move it easy (in gear), I always figured it was just one of those things...
