Airfooler fork help needed

What is the fork tube diameter (the tube which the triple clamps clamp on to) of an '81 and '82 250R. Are the two years different?


I've searched and must have looked at 25+ pages of search results and couldn't find the information. :wondering

81 and 82 are the same, not sure of the diameter.

I think this is the rundown:

81/82 250R forks are 33MM as well as the 83-87 200X forks.
83/84 R forks are 35MM as well as the 85/86 350X forks.
85/86 250R forks are 39MM. (as well as 86 Tri-Z forks but thats another brand :D)

Steve is correct on the 33mm tubes for the 81/82 250r .
