I know it is an over bore piston just dont know what brand. Honda rings are too thick to fit in the groves. Need a little help from the 110 gurus.

Holy Big dome Batman! Is it a 61mm piston or 58?

First look and see if its a 14mm or 15mm wrist pin to determine if its a atc 110 or a atc 90 piston . Looks like a Rocky 54 or 55mm to me . JCC was the piston maker but Rocky was most likely the distribator. I prob have rings for it just LMK what size it is .

Thanks shortline, It is a 15mm wrist pin. The piston measures 54.60mm diameter.

First ring grove measures 1.27 mm
Second ring groove measures 1.23 mm
Oil groove measures 2.50 mm

I need rings for it. I broke the oil ring when I was taking it off to clean it. the piston is marked 5 on the top assuming it is bored .050 over. Shoot me a PM with the price you need for a set of rings. Id like to have this going for Trikefest. What do you think the compression ratio is on this unit?

Did you take that 54.6 measurement at the skirt or at the ring groves ? Sounds like its a 55mm to me . I have a NOS set of 56mm rings that you could file down but let me check on the ring thickness for you . Those 1 piece oil rings are tricky to replace with out breaking them .

I measured it at both ends and neither end measured 55 mm. Ill see if I can get the bore measurement.

Yup thats when the oil ring broke when I was taking the damn thing off should it come off the top or the bottom?

Oil ring comes off the top of the piston and you have to work it off dont try and spread it all at once or it will break . I have a few tricks for installing these but its hard to explain LOL .

That is exactly what I did. I tried to take it all off at once. I almost had it too, it came off real easy after I broke it in half. LOL I am interested in the rings if you find any that will work.

I believe the compression rings I have are to thick both measuring @ 1.25mm but the oil ring looks fine . I have a few of those pistons as well and the oil ring seems to fit in all of them . If your 2 top rings are good you could use my oil ring to get you up and going . 20.00 shipped for the NOS rocky ring set if you want it .
