So far I've had my valve cover off 3 times trying to seal it up right. I even got Honda spec gasket maker but for some reason it just won't seal?? It seems like once I fix one leak, it just starts leaking in a place where it never leaked before almost like there is to much pressure in the top of the engine?? Is there something that could be causing all these leaks?? I mean I'm getting air bubbles from the copper washers on the top of the engine?? I've even got desperate and used a tiny little bit of JB weld to seal up little leaks around the edge of the valve cover but once it dries it starts leaking in a new spot?? Any suggestions?

I'm about ready to trade in this honda and buy a either a z400 or an LTR.

Well I think I found half my problem. Some of the bolts backed out. Retightened them and now most leaks stopped. As of right now, I still have a very small leak on the bottom of the rubber boot that the cam slides into. After a quick 15 minute ride, there will be a tiny trail of oil you can see on the right side of the engine.

Torqued to the right spec or just feeling it tight?
