These just spent a long weekend at Little Sahara with no issues. Well, we had a few loose bolts. Hammered the piss out of 'em.

here is my 84 I bought it for $100. I have rebuilt the top end, and installed a new clutch, tires, and a brake caliper. It is now a great runner for less than $400.

WOW! Both very nice! I like the headlight conversions, they look like they would light up any trail!

I have the brakes for it, i might be putting a 350 twin out of a honda street bike in it. it was in a 84 200x so the wiring is all done already. I would like to find a complete 200x engine for it but they are had to come by around here. plus I do not want a ton of money tied up in it since it will only be rode 2-3 times a year.

Thanks 2TIM. They came out great and we (my son and I) had a lot of fun on them.
The lights work great on the white one - one fog + one driving light both run off the Loncin charging system at the same time.
On the red bike, I need a stator upgrade. Also a fog + a pencil. I thought I could run one at a time off the stock stator but it's not enough. That was one scary night ride...

An 84 I put together from parts and a semi complete chassis I got a couple months or so ago. He the fresh rebuilt engine and scavanged for brake parts and stuff that I already had. Traded it for a Tecate last week.
