Hey guys, just thought i'd share this sx i recently picked up. I spent the day today at the Ganny with it, ran perfectly the whole time. Let me know what you think!

Some advice..dump the knobby tires and get some gators..amazing difference especially in the mud!!

Yeah, i'm definitely dropping the tires... Absolute trash. I tried to pull out another sx out of a mud pit today at Ganaraska forest, and my buddy has to pull on the rope, because i just sat and spun... Thinking about Kenda bearclaws. Same tires i have on my 250es.

Ya I got those crappy good for nothing tires on my 200es they work for now but after that in getting some carlise field-track hd I have those on my 200m and they go through mud,snow,and water like no other

Frank, this may be a bit more of a roadtrip than you want..but I have been looking at this 250sx on CL for 2 weeks now. Seller was originally listing at $1000 and no one bit so he reposted..are you shltting me??

I already promised my wife I was done(for now--whisper) when I got the 350x two days ago...or I would and my brother is too whipped to buy it.

Yeah, i had my buddy pick one up for me when he was at Tappers house last weekend, this was a picture the day before i put it on.

Thanks for the great replys. All this bike needs is a rear fender in the future. The left side is broken and horribly plastic welded. I only paid 600 for it, which is a killer deal around my area for an sx! There is one on kijiji atm with a shovel as a front fender for 1500....

$600 is a great deal. Mine was $800, and both front and rear fenders were all stitched up. I've got more than twice that into it now, and it's *almost* how I want it.

Oh, and Dougpcs, thanks for telling me about the one on sale. I haven't been on for a few days, so it's gone now, but I wouldn't have been able to afford it right now anyway. It's always that delicate combination of finding the good deal AND having the cash, which never seem to happen to me at the same time.

Yeah. I went to this guys house right by my house to look at a 200m. I pull in, and i see this sitting next to it. I only had 600 cash with me, so i didn't bother asking what he wanted for the sx... He wanted 500 for the 200. I drove the 200, smoked, knocked, BUT had mint plastics. I said i wasn't interested and asked him what hes doing with this sx. HE says its forsale in a few days, i say, how much? He says, 600. Im instantly like, Sold. Best deal i have ever gotten. For the price i paid for my 250es, i can get this sx MINT by the time i get near my PURCHASE price of my Bigred.. Not to mention how much i have into it... Already have a supertrap exhaust, wheels, tires, plastics, and grab bar picked out. Will be ordering them this week hopefully.
