anadized or painted?

Does anyone know for sure if the front hub on a 86 atc 250r is anadized or painted from the factory? If painted has anyone found a paint that matches the gold rims and swingarm better than duplicolor iniversal gold?

The front hub is painted and is the same color as the swingarm. I like to use the "Gold Metallic" from Columbia Coatings. It's a good powder coat match if you can get powder coating done.
The rims are anodized and wouldn't look quite right painted (my opinion).

That is what i thought someone else said they are anadized but the finish came off with acetone so i was pretty sure it was paint thanks for the input i will look at that paint color having my wheels re-anadized and was trying to decide what to do with my hubs.
