That's a killer price, even used, & the replacement jets, needles, etc., are cheap and plentiful. If this is an upgrade, that's a very inexpensive quick change. I don't know what's- what for an 'R', but I think dcreel runs something similar on his Klemm Research Tecate, and he knows his stuff. Here's a link:http://www.tecateprojects.com/carby.htm, seems to be right up there with all the others, lots of opinions, but for that price it'd be slapped in my trike this afternoon, that's a good deal. Also, Iprefer3 slapped one in his 82' R and loved it, but that's an A!rFoo1er.

I ran one on my 85 tecate on alcohol with a motoplat stator. Worked great.

I think i'll pick it up then:D There site says that they are stricly drag racing carbs but it should still be good for all around riding i'm thinking
