I'm starting this project for my cousin. Dual position chrome forks with new tapered steering stem bearings, new front and rear axel bearings and seals. The motor was totally rebuilt by Shortline a while back. Manual clutch and hi/lo conversion. This one is stroked and bored to around 134cc's. Not huge but it will be a good strong dependable motor.

Man I love chrome ATC90 parts .
Ask Travis if he needs a couple more turbo wheels like I sold him a while back with the 4x130 bolt pattern .

This fender and tank setup will not stay with this build but I figured it was a good place to store them for now. I have a new set of white low pros sitting here waiting to be mouted.:naughty: It might be getting a fiberglass gas tank too? We'll have to see?;)
Also, here are a couple pics of some prototype pegs. Made by our freinds at Rath Racing. More to come.

I was wondering who won those fenders and tank. I think they would look sweet on your build. Old School dune trike!

That is the plan for a different build. Currently have all the parts powdercoated gold for that one. JSC frame, BAPP triples with forks, six pack rack and all the goodies. Maybe gold turbos....

That is looking great! Coming along very nicely. I love the paint, perfect old school look! I am working on a similar project right now (Joker/Big Als forks) so I am looking toward yours for inspiration. What do you got going on for a seat? It is one of the items I am lacking so Im gathering ideas.:beer

They will be. I havent seen the 90 tank in person yet but the 70 tanks are exact replica. Never rust one of those out that's for sure! How much did he charge ya?

Well we've switched gears a couple times on this build. Decided we wanted to run a 125m front end so we could have the front brake for ice racing. Had a few parts cleaned up and powdercoated black. Rebuilt the Kehin 26mm carb and had to fine tune a little. It sure likes fuel! The tire size along with the gearing work perfectly. I have to say this is the fastest 90 I've ever rode on ice! Thanks again to Mike for the great rebuild.
We only have to paint the tank and put a set of low pro fenders on and she'll be set.

Glad you finally got it up and running . Sometimes the small bore / short rod stroker motors will really surprise you how fast they really are .

Running a Uni twin stage filter with the prestage sock. They really keep the moisure out.

These fenders really change the look! And you can get way further down in the corners! Just need to get a tank and decals and it'll be complete.

What dimensions are those rear tires? Cut that seat down. Think about reinforcing that front end some as well. Looking good though.

Been kinda out of the trike loop lately but next on the list is a motor swap and a 70 tank conversion for this machine. Might end up cutting an inch out of the front forks and reinforcing them. I'll be sure to post pics.
